Custom Water Decal Process

Creating a custom water decal is very easy. It can finish within 10 easy steps.

1. Create a vector file using professional vector design software like CorelDRAW and adobe, and make sure thicker and bigger content performs better.
2. Take a printout from a laser printer or inkjet printer on water decal paper (transparent or white).
3. Apply acrylic spray paint vertically and horizontally 2-3 times. Leave it for 3-4 hours to properly dry.
4. Get a printed decal sheet & cut through a vinyl cut machine with the help of a registration mark.
5. Take out a decal from the sheet and dip it into the water bowl for 30-60 seconds.
6. Take a clean wet cotton cloth and wipe out the area where the water decal has to be placed.
7. Apply pressure gently to remove the backing slip-off from the decal on one side and place it on the wet surface in the intended area.
8. Soak up water, and remove air bubbles & wrinkles between the decal and the surface.
9. Apply heat, using a hair dryer on the surface.
10. Hide the decal edges, and apply an acrylic spray once again to the curved surface.
