How does the Silicon Pad Printing Method work?

It would be easy to understand here. I want to explain in a few steps.

1. First of all data (required for printing) is burned through Laser Engraving (etched) on a 1.5-2 mm thick metallic plate or polymer sheets. The engraved thickness of design comes to 18 (0.018 mm) to 25 micron (0.025 mm)
2. A printing machine is well-formed to fix a metal plate, printing ink sealed cup, printing pad, and product to be printed attachment.
3. First of all the ink is filled from the ink cup on the metal engraved plate where the content is engraved, then the ink-filled in the engraved metal area. Also, accessed ink whipped out properly with the help of a Doctor Blade.
