My Order

To purchase printed items from our website, navigate the product categories, choose the desired items along with their specifications, and upload your design files. Add the selected products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

You can place multiple orders for a single product if needed. However, for convenience, we recommend placing a single order if you intend to use the same design for all the items.

Design previews or mockups will be available for certain product categories or when approval is necessary due to design alterations. We will provide you with our designer’s contact number, you can connect with them for design purposes.

To avoid technical glitches and printing quantity issues, only one design is permitted per order. If you have multiple designs, we suggest placing separate orders for each one.

Shivani Enterprises has both an online and offline printing store. You can place orders from anywhere; however, payment must be made in advance during your purchase.

Interested in placing the same order again? We’ve streamlined the process for you! Once your initial order is fulfilled, you have the option to reorder the same products. To do so, go to your Account Name, choose “My Orders,” and click on “Re-order.”

Products

For finding your desired product, we suggest visiting our “All Products” page and utilizing the search bar to narrow down your search. If the product you’re looking for isn’t available on our website, feel free to request a personalized quotation from our team. We aim to provide you with a quotation within a 1-2 days.

Payment

We provide various payment options for your convenience. The available methods include:

  1. Credit Card: A secure and quick payment option. Acceptable card types include MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Maestro.

  2. Net Banking: You can make payments using net banking, with support for over 20 banks.

  3. Wallets and UPI: Enjoy the convenience of UPI, while wallet payments offer both convenience and the added benefit of rewards. Multiple options are available under this category.

  4. COD (Cash on Delivery): For few order, we offer the Cash on Delivery payment option.

If you notice a duplicate debit or an amount deducted without the corresponding order placement, there’s no need to worry. Just contact our customer service team and furnish proof of payment, including transaction details or your registered email ID.

We will conduct a thorough investigation of the payment discrepancy and take appropriate action, either by issuing a refund or by proceeding with the order after capturing the payment.
