Satin ribbons are washable and fade-proof materials. It comes come in 4″ wide roll and 180 yards long in roll form. 2. Dark Colour Satin Ribbon For Sashes
Dark ribbons rolls are a little expensive and not able to print cheap sublimation printing technology. Ultimately, printing vinyl heat transfer or DTF printing application is recommended which is a little expensive compared to sublimation printing. Dark color ribbon NAVY BLUE/BLACK/BROWN/RED/MAGENTA/DARK GREEN etc.

2. Satin Fabric (Weave Polyester)
The satin fabric used for sash fabrication comes in 44″ and 55″ wide rolls and more options to customize width from 4.75″ to 5″ on customer special request. Overall satin fabric costs for custom sashes are higher than satin ribbons but more options for customization. We use satin fabric is 120 gsm thicker. Printability as well as satin ribbons.

3. Velvet Fabric For Custom Sash
If you are looking for royal sashes go for velvet fabrics soft feel and thicker fabrics of 300-400 gsm weight. in terms of title optimization, this fabric has more options such as Embroidery, DTF printing, or Heat press is applicable which is costly but extraordinary custom sashes for the chief guest of honor are most liked.

Sashes Title Customization Option
Typically, there are 4 types of title customization on the sash. The best title customization depends on the type of sash fabric and color.
Dye Sublimation Printing: Dye sublimation printing technology makes it able to print multicolor logos or titles, permanent color, and washable. Make sure the best performs only on white or light-color polyester /nylon fabrics.
Vinyl Heat Press: Applicable on almost all types of fabric quality but in mono color (Red, Green, Pink, Blue, Golden, Silver, etc.)
Vinyl is a kind of heat-sensitive thin layer and is cut into the shape of letters or designs using a heat-pressed machine transferred layer onto the sash fabrics.
Colorful logos or patterns can’t be optimized using a vinyl heat press.
DTF Printing: Any type of fabric light or dark able to print single or multi-color printing. It is an eco-friendly, cost-effective, multi-color printability on any type of fabric quality.
Embroidery Printing: Cotton, Velvet fabric is the best for embroidery optimization. But multi-color and gradient designs can’t be optimized. Using a limited color thread is the best practice.
